Thembelihle is a dedicated project coordinator and impact management champion, serving as the vital liaison for our Johannesburg-based Victoria Yards hosts to connect with the Lucha Lunako programmes. As a former YES Youth participant, Thembelihle understands first-hand the transformative power of youth development programs and is passionate about helping young people like herself gain access to meaningful opportunities.
Her role involves ensuring that our key host organisations receive all the necessary information and resources needed to ensure participants thrive in the programmes that are offered.
I am passionate about supporting both youth and hosts in our network. This position allows me to help other youth plug into opportunities, just as I did, and ensure that hosts are prepared to help them succeed.
