A maths literacy journey
Did you wish you could improve your Mathematics with a personal journey that allowed you to only work on the parts of Mathematics you didn’t understand ? Well now everyone in the Youth Ecosystem can have access to a course that allows them to do this while developing their usable mathematics skills. The M is for Money (not Maths) course revolves around simple mathematics and how it can be applied to everyday life situations. A main focus is on developing basic maths skills to manage your money more effectively. We cover gaps through a personalized learning journey that identifies your needs.
Duration: 8 lessons (weeks) of 2 hours each
Who is this course for? We designed this course for anyone who needs to improve their mathematics skills and thinking, such as:
- Any workplace that needs their employees to improve their numeracy
- Young managers where improved numeracy is required
- Young people on learnership, YES youth programmes and other technical skills interventions
- Youth Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEETs)
- Small scale entrepreneurs
- Entrepreneurs with employees who need improved numeracy
